By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The Service
IGFollows provides a social media growth platform that delivers followers, likes, views and similar engagement metrics to publicly accessible social media accounts and content. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you submit is accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Orders & delivery
- Free orders are subject to daily limits which reset at midnight UTC.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical start time is within 2 minutes; full completion may take up to 72 hours for large orders.
- We offer a 30-day refill guarantee: if followers drop within 30 days, contact support for a free top-up.
- Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled or refunded unless IGFollows is unable to complete the delivery within 72 hours.
- You are responsible for ensuring the social media handle or URL you provide is correct. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect target.
- We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Target accounts you do not own or do not have permission to boost
- Attempt to circumvent daily limits through automated means, VPNs, proxies or multiple device identifiers
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our infrastructure
- Engage in any conduct that is harmful, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access and, where appropriate, legal action.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, software and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to IGFollows and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will comply with the terms of service of any social media platform. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service and potential consequences for your social media accounts.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOW.VIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FOLLOW.VIP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IGFollows, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitation of liability — shall survive termination of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IGFollows is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
